JOB OPPORTUNITY – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT 🚨

Main Responsibilities

Reception and administrative management of clients.
Follow-up of client files (Immigration, Real Estate, Import-Export).
Management of daily communications, emails, and the promoter’s agenda (France-Cameroon liaison).
Ensuring strict compliance with company processes and policies.

Profile Required

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will become the first face and voice of SYNERGY GROUP CAMEROUN.

✔ Excellent presentation and professional appearance.
✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Fluent in both French and English.
✔ Knowledge of German will be a significant advantage.
✔ Good understanding of French and European professional culture and standards.
✔ Dynamic, organized, rigorous, and customer-service oriented.

Trial Period

📌 One (1) month unpaid trial period, serving as an evaluation and integration phase.

Contract & Benefits
📄 One-year fixed-term contract upon successful completion of the trial period.

💰 Salary: 125,000 FCFA net/month
