Executive Summary
The U.S. and regional leadership at UBA Cameroon is recruiting a senior risk leader for the role of Head Enterprise Risk Management / Measurement / ESRM & Sustainability. This critical executive position oversees the bank's risk identification, modeling, measurement, ESG standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in the banking sector covering ERM and ESG financial reporting standards.
- Technical Mastery:
- Deep familiarity with local and international regulatory risk frameworks.
- Proficiency in advanced risk modeling techniques and stress testing.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking operations and corporate financial analysis.
- High computer literacy and data handling capability.
- Deep familiarity with local and international regulatory risk frameworks.
- Strategic & Leadership Skills:
