📍 Location: Douala & Yaoundé

👨‍💻 Profile Sought
We are looking for motivated, rigorous, and versatile IT Support Agents with strong technical knowledge in user support and computer networking.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems)
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
Manage local area networks (LAN/VLAN) and ensure reliable connectivity
Configure and administer routers, switches, and firewalls
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and system issues
Monitor support tickets and document interventions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and operational procedures
