About the company As part of its development, the French Travel Agency (AFV Travel), an IATA agency specializing in airline ticketing and corporate travel management, is recruiting a Travel Agent / Ticketing Agent. Main missions - Advising and assisting clients (individuals and businesses) in organizing their trips - Make reservations and issue tickets via Amadeus (GDS) - Managing modifications, exchanges, refunds and complex cases - Ensure rigorous monitoring of client files - Working in coordination with the team to ensure a smooth and professional service - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of service quality Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or airline - Operational mastery of Amadeus (reservation, pricing, issuing, modification) - Excellent command of French (spoken and written) - Minimum level B2 in English - Rigour, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Professional presentation and interpersonal skills - A strong sense of customer service and responsibility Required skills: - Amadeus’ Mastery - Excellent communication skills in French and English - Ability to work under pressure Preferred skills: - Customer service experience - Ability to handle complex cases - Recruitment process Shortlisted candidates will have to pass a practical test on Amadeus (booking, pricing, issuing and modifying tickets).
