As part of its expansion in payment processing and monitoring activities in Africa, the OMOA Group is seeking two key profiles based in Douala – Back Office Team Leader – Fraud Team Leader.
We are looking for committed leaders, passionate about payment processing, digital operations, and quality of service, capable of supporting our teams and clients in a rapidly growing environment.
– Back Office Team Leader: You will be responsible for coordinating back office activities related to payment processing, managing teams, monitoring customer transactions, and continuously improving processing services.
– Fraud Team Leader : You will lead anti-fraud monitoring activities, manage alerts and investigations, optimize detection systems, and manage teams dedicated to securing transactions.
