INTERSOS is an independent non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to assisting victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts. Present in Cameroon since 2015, the organization operates across several sectors including protection, psychosocial support, healthcare, shelter, education, WASH, and distribution of essential relief items.

🎯 Internship Objective
This program gives recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical exposure in the humanitarian sector, develop professional skills, collaborate with experienced humanitarian teams, and build a future career pathway.

🎓 Eligibility / Education Requirements
Minimum BACC +2 in one of the following areas:
✔ Logistics & Transportation
✔ Human Resources
✔ Accounting
✔ Banking & Finance
✔ Monitoring & Evaluation
✔ Social Sciences
✔ Statistics
✔ International Development
✔ Any related field connected to Logistics, HR, Finance, or SERA/MEAL

🗣️ Language Requirements
Fluency in at least one official language (French or English) — written and spoken.

📌 Required Skills & Attitudes
✔ Basic knowledge in Logistics, HR, Finance, or SERA/MEAL
✔ Strong motivation and adaptability
✔ Respect for INTERSOS values and principles
✔ Must currently reside in one of the listed duty stations
✔ Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google tools, etc.
