MAIN MISSION & ACTIVITIES
Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
Meet regularly with managers of client companies in order to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about structural developments within client companies to encourage the introduction of new service lines.
Propose customer-loyalty actions to management.
Work in synergy with the Corporate Sales Manager and Business Development teams on value-added solutions.
Prospect for new corporate key-account clients
Monitor structural developments in the market in order to identify companies (clients or prospects) that could become key accounts.
Prepare, in coordination with the General Secretariat, commercial contracts specific to Key Accounts.
Establish contacts at high hierarchical levels (General Management, Finance, and Commercial Departments) to convince decision-makers to commit to large purchase volumes.
Inform management about internal development projects within companies.
Ensure activity reporting
Submit a weekly action plan to management.
Provide periodic activity reports to management.
Qualifications
Typical Education:
Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or Networks.
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years in B2B commercial roles within Corporate market segments, Public Sector, or Non-Governmental Organizations.
