KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Source properties available for sale and rent. 🔹 Connect with prospective buyers, tenants and investors. 🔹 Promote and market available properties. 🔹 Organise property inspections and client visits. 🔹 Negotiate with property owners and prospective clients. 🔹 Generate leads and successfully close property deals.
REQUIREMENTS
✔ Must be based in Douala. ✔ Good communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Honest, professional and self-motivated. ✔ Knowledge of the Douala real estate market is an advantage. ✔ Previous experience is welcome but not compulsory.
