About the Job As part of the development of our premium event venue dedicated to weddings, corporate events, and private receptions, we are recruiting an Operations Director. A true leader, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, operational performance, business development, and profitability of the site. Main Responsibilities - Define and implement the development strategy - Oversee all operations and ensure service excellence - Drive financial performance and optimize costs - Manage and structure teams - Develop partnerships and key client relationships - Represent the company with partners and institutions Profile Required - Degree in management, business administration, commerce, or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or executive position - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset - Excellent communication skills in French (English is an advantage)
