🔧 Key Responsibilities:

A. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Provide first-level technical assistance to staff, resolving hardware and software issues both in-person and remotely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and preventive/curative maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices).

B. PROJECT SUPPORT
- Support the deployment of new software and tech solutions.
- Help document project progress, including creating reports and presentations.

C. TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for staff on various tools and platforms.
- Develop user manuals, video tutorials, and guides to enhance technology adoption.

D. INNOVATION & IMPROVEMENT
- Take part in brainstorming sessions with departments to identify opportunities for tech innovation
- Propose enhancements to current systems and processes.

E. OTHER TASKS
- Support the Supply Chain team during IT inventory exercises.
- Monitor payments of IT-related bills (phone plans, internet, IT suppliers, etc.).
