Role Description

This is an on-site volunteer Manager role based in Bamenda. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team activities, and ensure that organizational goals are effectively executed. Responsibilities include resource allocation, team coordination, progress tracking, and facilitating communication between departments. The role also involves planning and implementing initiatives to meet project objectives while maintaining high standards of efficiency.
