JOB DESCRIPTION As part of the launch of a heavy equipment driving training program for beginners, we are recruiting a Construction Equipment Driving Instructor. The trainer's role will be to provide theoretical and practical training on the following equipment: - Hydraulic excavator - Loader - Dumper - Bulldozer - Grader The training will take place over a one-month cycle, with two sessions per week. MAIN MISSIONS - Prepare and deliver training modules (theory and practice) - Provide training in safety and current regulations - Supervise trainees during practical exercises on construction sites or technical platforms - Provide training in daily checks and basic maintenance - Evaluate the theoretical and practical skills of learners - Provide educational support and write evaluation reports - Ensure strict adherence to safety instructions - Desired profile TRAINING : - Certificate or diploma in operating construction equipment - Trainer certification (an asset) EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery - Proven experience on at least three of the machines mentioned - Experience in training or supervision is highly desirable SKILLS: - Excellent command of safety rules - Teaching ability and sense of transmission - Patience and the ability to work with beginners - Ability to objectively assess skills - Good communication skills PERSONAL QUALITIES - Rigor - Sense of responsibility - Leadership - Organization - Team spirit TERMS Contract type: (Consultant / Service) Duration: 1 month, renewable as needed Schedule: 2 days per week Location: CFP ARIZA MARBEUF located in Yaoundé, Coron district, between the Brewery and the Customs House.
