Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Job Location: Kuwait Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Full-time About the Role A leading international quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) of Cameroonian Nationality to drive profitability, lead daily restaurant operations, develop teams, and ensure world class service delivery in line with international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand standards. The role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and people leadership. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence. * Lead, train, and develop restaurant team members and shift managers. * Manage restaurant financial performance, including P&L and EBITDA. * Monitor food, labour, and operational costs to meet profitability targets. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards. * Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalations. * Maintain staffing levels, scheduling, and performance management. * Drive sales growth and operational efficiency. Requirements & Qualification * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years experience in the same role within a recognized international QSR brand. * Strong financial and operational management background. * Strong understanding of Restaurant P&L and EBITDA management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven team leadership, coaching, and training capability. * Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. * Strong operational and problem solving skills. * Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Kuwait.
