What you can do

Use the supported wallet actions without sharing secret redemption codes.

On the website

1. Open My Account > My Wallet.

Steps

1. Open the voucher or referral section when available for your account.
2. For referral, enter an eligible code, preview the bonus and claim once. A promotional reward does not become available cash.
3. For vouchers, enter the code in the wallet redemption form and review the result. Never send it to a stranger for verification.
4. Refresh the wallet after success. Contact support if a valid claim fails; do not send a password or verification code.
