Choose between a read-only copy/link and controlled collaboration.

On the website

1. Open Daily Lists on Home or My Account.

Steps

1. Open Share and choose a snapshot or an available live link. Snapshots are copies, not live collaboration.
2. The optional live link works only when an owner enables one; including it in a snapshot does not make a private list public automatically.
3. Invite collaborators through the available email/mobile/contacts selection. Recipients must sign in and accept with the matching verified contact.
4. Owners manage membership and sharing. Members’ edit/add rights depend on their assigned role and the list settings.
5. Review and revoke access or disable a live link when needed. Do not share private lists broadly.
